The bike shops around here are hit and miss in their service TBH.
Mstrs' bike is currently languishing at Five Star Suzuki. You could try there...
Welcome to the neighbourhood BTW
Diarrhoea is hereditary - it runs in your jeans
If my nose was running money, I'd blow it all on you...
I'd suggest Eriksson Honda in Bayview...although they have been known to issue a WOF to a bike with seriously shagged fork seals.
I dunno....maybe YT is right, it's just luck on the day.
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?
I deal with Hastings Honda, not only are they good at what they do with all brands of bikes, but Roger there knows everything about Hondas
Welcome to the Bay
Dusty Butt 1000km - We knocked the bugger off what next?
I agree with the hit n miss statement.
Dealerships here vary somewhere between shocking and barely passable.
Picking a good day is just luck.
Why is that????
I ride with guys who even take their bikes outta the bay for servicing because of the indifferent service.
I bought my last New Bike outside of the bay also, mostly because the dealer here couldn't be bothered gettin off his ass.
Welcome to the bay, enjoy the roads and have fun on ya bike.
Arguing with an Engineer is like wrestling a pig in mud.
After a while you realise the pig is enjoying it.
awesome guys, thanks
i might have to try eriksons if thats the case
its awesome down here, so damn flat, not like auckland
saw a girl roll off a scooter the other day lol
didnt hurt herself, just lost some skin
i dunno, these ppl who ride in t-shirts
Yea i would go along with Zukin, Hastings Honda would be one of the better ones and Roger is a good person to deal with. And even Wayne out in the workshop. all very helpfull
Tis a Yamahahahaha G. Just thrash it like you stole it.Gixxer 4 ever
It really did look very unloved. Specially as it was next to the R1 that the whole crowd wanted to look at. Gixxer 4 ever
hahahah yes well compared to most of Auckland its a billiard table
some of the roads in are a bit upey-downy though eh
the majority of parts i will get from Econohonda & i have just fully rebuilt my bike on my own
however i have an issue that i cant seem to resolve so i need a professional
its always nice to know who's ears to bend to get info
I need someone to check my cam timing atm... it runs but not as well as it should be
o0o0o really... i might just do that
mines just been completely rebuilt but like you said, might be worth it for parts
I will be ringing hastings Honda this morning... see if i can get it running 100% before xmas (i know i said eriksons in a previous post, but that was a typo)
cheers guys
& if you see a bright orange & black CB250 going slowly & surely around greenmeadows, thats me ! possibly anyway![]()
If I win lotto this weekend i'm gonna open a top notch Yamaha dealership in Napier. See you there.![]()
I believe whittikas are quite good. Out in hastings though, but that's not very far away.
