Dunno which way you go south to Wellywood but obviously the hella of a long way round.
Its only a 6.5 hr ride, BV should be here by midnight, if she leaves at 5pm.
Depends how long it takes her to get ready I 'spose, with putting her face on, lippy, eye thingy me whatsit, tuck here an a tuck there . . .![]()
It is what it is
Oh, I have all sorts of ways to go south to Wellywood.
But Miss Velvet was going to go over the Rimutakas and then get onto SH54 back to SH1, which is a bit further than the 650km direct route up SH1 (710km according to the Wises website, if you insist on accuracy).
I guess that'll learn me to not leave myself open to having my hairs split by the nitpickers...
That's what I told her. If she's late, there shall be no chocolate pudding!
... ironing the pink lacy panties, wiping down her motorcycle seat, etc.
Yes.
kiwibiker is full of love, an disrespect.

not being nit picky at all young fulla - merely stating 750km is a friggin scenic route past all the tourist spots.
I very rarely ever go straight down SH1 - way too slow that way.
It is what it is
So...hw2...then after norswood turn onto HW50?? [hw 50 to napier is faster than carrying on,on hw 2...then napier-taupo [hw54]...if you turn on to hw27 and tirau it also shaves a good amount of time off the trip to aucks...and I discovered in my trips from the wairarapa...that was the fastest route by a long shot! next quickest is through the gorge...and on to HW1 via feilding...and up through national park.
Happy riding chick!!
