I didn't get done for reckless or dangerous driving though so i think it will stay at 28 days...it was just a matter of 400mtrs at excessive speed and the cop knew that I think...he felt 'a little' sorry for me but not sorry enough to just give me a warning

they do a 28 days instant loss....

then you goto court for it....

if your lucky you will get just 3 months loss...

but at 165 they might go for 6 months...

it's not just the 28 days thats your on the spot loss.

expect a summons to court.

i know a guy who had somebody u turn infront of him.

ambo called checked him out...but of course when you call an ambo coppers come too....

driving while disqualified....so charged...went to court....4th offence...

locked him up for 6 months.....has been in there almost 4....might be getting out after 4....

but right now hes biting the pillow while bubba aims for penetration.

and answers to the name bitch.

I'm not worried skidmark...that person you know is an idiot and should have learn't the first three times he got disqualified....my license was clear of demerit points prior to this incident and I was not riding like an idiot, just a bit fast. The cop realized this and hence said that he was not going to charge me with dangerous or reckless driving. If i get hauled in front of a court I will go and apologize for riding too fast for that brief moment and leave it up to them to decide if I generally ride like you or if I generally ride responsibly!
