revs up n down fine...then goes fuck this......and revs it's head off...u can pull the plug leads off and it just keeps going.

It is sucking air from the engine side of the carby, manifold, gasket, base gasket (somewhere) and leaning out .......so reving out of control! .... which is bad by the way!
