Limpy could wear nothing but a tight lycra suit, that might improve his chances a bit, or is that sort of safety gear against the rules?

At high end speeds the only thing that really matters is wind resistance as it increases exponentially with speed as we know.

Hmmm... doesn't really work in this case, it has to be something that the fastest earns and holds onto until the next meeting. I was thinking more like a glue/macaroni/silver spray paint arrangement

I'll have my full fairing on, got a new windscreen, I'll take the mirrors off, plus I've got my custom made straight through muffler which is 1/4 of the weight of a standard muffler, and I'll go on hunger strike until the day and the shock is currently being rebuilt. I must win this time!

Oh, and I'm running the minimoto on better fuel. Hoping to crack 50k next time.

    When is the event?

    Ssshhhhh!!!!

My bike still needs the carbs to be balanced plus there's a hole in the right front header somewhere. But hopefully it'll fair better next time, if I can afford to get there.
