South Auckland Thursday Night Ride

Desert storm am thinking about selling the Buell and buying a descent off road bike.
No one seams to want to ride the Thursday nights out this way, not that I care, I enjoy riding by myself anyway.
if anyone is going to turn up tonight, post up before 6.30 and Iwill be in otherwise ill stay home.

No such thing as 'pretending to be dad' . Oddly enough my daughter & I were talking about the times gone by this evening . I was amazed @ what she had remembered that we had done together years ago. She is 16 now & still comes out with me for a squirt on a bike quite often.
There is always another ride, but time with the kids is fleeting, enjoy it while you can

I hear ya, and agree! That's why one week I ride( if I can get off from work early enough), the next week I spend time with him.

Well I reckon its ashame if the ride dies a natural death as I have enjoyed them in the past. I'll be back in the land of the "wrong white crowd" around the 16th of Feb and will be looking at getting some kays done

The thing with oldguy is he loves to ride anyways, like me! I think he uses it as an excuse to get out of the house and spend some pingers on gas, chips and beer!

I'm knackered out at the moment, working in the old fush n'chuppy shop with the olds (dang, its hard being asian!)

I reckon oldguy just needs to have a feed at chez joe's for keeping the (barely there) pulse alive on the Southside ride!
