Because most people in welly are too inbred to ride a bike let alone know how to type.

From my experience riding with both groups.

The welly crew are more tight-nit people and are a great bunch to ride with, great to hang out with and are just genuinely awesome people.

Aucklanders tend to be more color coordinated and more stand offish when it comes to new riders.

Its not nice to hit gurls.

I've met more wellywooder's up here than I did down there. I don't see a difference - if you're a cock it doesn't matter where you live, a dipshit

    OMFG
Thankfully I live on the mainland
Where I can ride my Bike, not my keyboard
    Black is good
Riding in the rain is fun
    Police are happy to chat
Road kill are possoms not bikers
The sun set behind the hill not the highrise
And we dont fall over on group rides very often at all

Riding in the rain is fun, it's the wind that's a bitch
Police are happy to chat, about the dangers of doing 112km/h
Road kill are usually avian, the odd possum thrown in for good measure
The sun sets in your eyes as you climb the hill homewards
And we dont fall over on group rides as much as we used too (touch wood).

Ahhh, you missed a bit (or two)
    - TCWNR = 655 posts since Sept 07
    - TCSMR = 489 posts since April 07

That makes about 1,900 in half the time so it looks like Welly with half the population of Aucks is posting at twice the rate pp
