You must pass Mr Hitcher's Test. The Test as we call it.

Unfortunately, you have just failed it.

You can reapply in six months time. In the meantime, your time might profitably be spent in the perusal of a good dictionary. Mr Hitcher approves of dictionaries.

I have tried looking at a dictionary and I still don't understand the title of the thread. The BDOTGNZA would not consider a change to the L plate reference at this time.
