Mate I'd love to come ride with you, but its so far away.....

Yeah I was creeping up to 24% body fat and 87kg so thought it was about time to change things. I've dropped to 17% body fat and now 80kg. got a few more CM to loose of my tummy and I want to get to 12% body fat. Feeling really good. Its an amazing program. Plus a mate asked me to be a groomsman so I didn't want to be a fatty in his pics.

that mx track kicked my arse last time i went, and the trail is getting really rough almost like a tarseal road with bumps.

any other places to ride on wednesday? not thundercross?
The clay is getting mighty hard at the moment alright, been to thundercross quite a bit lately so I thought I would go check kimmys out since I haven't been there since the first time me and you went.

Don't want to go to the sandpit, saving that for the winter and I expect Ardmore will be pretty busy being a holiday.

Sometimes Ardmore is better when busy as they split the classes and its a better ride whether your a slower or faster rider if its two classes.

Can't wait to get back on the MX bike but my shoulder is still screwed from the road accident at xmas.

    Have a good time guys!
On a Motorcycle you're penetrating distance, right along with the machine!! In a car you're just a spectator, the windshields like a TV!!

'Life's Journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out! Shouting, ' Holy sh!t... What a Ride!! '

just rang raceline and it said that they will be opening at 4-8 as usual. Dan, when there are heaps of people it can still be good. split classes means that people like us can ride both the beginner and then try keep up for 5 laps during the advanced laps.

think i might join you at kimmies, would you be keen on ardmore on the way back?

Man your keen, I will probably be pretty wrecked after kimmys and I need to get home at a reasonable hour to spend some time with my little one.
