Go soothingly on the grease mud, as there lurks the skid demon

Just trading in my Bandit1250 today and get a new B-King next week.
Rode one down the nor-western yesterday, took the big sweeping left at waterview to head back to town, opened it up and pow.

Black in colour. Got it at 2pm yesterday. first b-king from coleman's and got a free Alpinestar leather jacket... man what a jacket......Rode from akld up the northern motorway till silverdale, left to Helensville, back road Old North? to Kumeu, across waitakeres to piha then home- mt eden
Did ride out east today so almost 400k on clock.
    First impressions...(old bike was a bandit 1250)
running in so not to rev past 5k = 150kph in 6th
    Gearbox so smooth
Heavy but brakes and tires are up to it
Comfort, quiet, both wind noise n motor
    Motor- well awesome.....
Looks to me don't come into it, exhausts etc.....
    Rides like a dream
Very smooth, fast and bang for the buck
Guess it's not every ones cuppa
got 250km for 13 litres or 54 mpg, so cant complain about that
should get more once motor has settled
    Feels safe as well

Thanks mate. I have a pdf of the manual which has sample stamped across it but it seems ok. It's about 600 pages or so.
I'll get it serviced by colemans for warranty but then do it myself.
I joined that link you attached.
    Cheers for that.
    You ridden one?

But want to keep the 600 also, other wise would already have one now.

Geez, saw it for real the other day. That's the kind of bike that could make me trade my cruiser (well, after a couple more years of riding, that is, not quite ready for that much power me think).

Just hope that the design will not look too old-fashion in a decade or two. Square headlight anyone?

    800km now

    Did a bit more riding..
    Night ride-The headlight is fine...
Suspension- excellent soaks up the bumps...
Motor- freeing up, nice bark, almost time for more revs
    Brakes- Those Nissin's rock
Tyes seem well matched to bike and hard to fault even with our tacky roads
So so far I'm very happy.
My Alpinestar jacket is awesome, thanks Colemans and Suzuki

Oppsy as I was riding along I was thinking what would you or where would you class this bike and I came up with sports bike.
And with the riding position you can cruise on it as well.
    Exposed and upright...

    broke

had a crash, I'm fine, bike may be a right off.
Blind guy pulled out in front of me, was doing about 90kmh on Hunua rd, went for the option of maximum rubber on the road, dropped the bike after max brake.
I'm fine bike is sad. Just had it serviced as well....aarrrrgggghhhhh.
I'd say in hinde site, always wear the best of clothing, I was.

    Don't go out like this:
    T shirt
    Sneakers
    Shorts
    No gloves

Helmet, gloves, jacket, leegings and boots every time or don't ride FFS!!!!

All I have is my pride and that's ok cause I'm ok.
