I reckon you should go rent a kid from somewhere. Get a nice clawhammer and pay the fuckwit father a visit and have your Rent-A-Kid work some magic on his ride and then proceed to give him the ABC...

Some kids are awesome - and then there are some that just have fuckwit parents.
It is preferential to refrain from the utilisation of grandiose verbiage in the circumstance that your intellectualisation can be expressed using comparatively simplistic lexicological entities. (...such as the word fuck.)

Agreed...I got 5 of the little monkeys and they learnt very young about consequence.

Personally if someone kid or not damaged anything of mine I'd after some sort of reparation in some form.

well there is that, but unfortunately even dedicated, watchful, and responsible parents, despite their best efforts, can have little shits that still won't keep their hands off other peoples stuff. My son (delightful young man that he is now - seriously) was one such youngster. I'd have been sent to prison now for every time he had his hand or leg smacked for tu-tuing after having been told several times in several ways in several tones of voice to not touch.
Unfortunately what makes it worse IMHO is parents who deny any part in "owning up" to their kids behaviour, especially when they know or suspect that their offspring were the culprits. On that count, I agree completely with you.

    Hate

At the end of the day, kids should not touch other peoples property and parents should take responsibility for thier childrens actions.

In my opinion (and no I don't have kids) many of the problems with kids today is lack of discipline. Parents in NZ can't smack, teachers are afraid to give any discipline at school because of 'wooly,liberally-minded' parents coming in and complaining and therefore so many kids have no boundaries set for them.

And I am not a kid hater per se I just hate badly behaved, direspectful little brat who could do with a good clip (and I do not mean beating the shit out of them) round the ear hole!!

Based on the reality tv shows, news reports and other such stuff it would seem that being 'allowed' to smack your kids in the UK hasn't done anything to improve their chances of not raising little shits either.

I would tell the parents to fix the fucking bike, or smash their fucking head in. Don't take it out on the kids, it's not their fault.

No one has any respect for other peoples property these days..
