    • Just after the bit of unorthodox cornering.
Pampa is now winning the "who can damage their bike the most competition"

    • Waihi Falls

    • We actually had to walk nearly 200 meters to get here.

    • The Rimutaka awaits.

    Fantastic day guys.

Don't know if anyone is ever going to want to join our trips. After this trip and http://www.kiwibiker.co.nz/forums/sh...ad.php?t=61376

BTW, I thought I was getting pretty good at those powerslides too! There's always a limit eh! But she only got me off on the 4th flick!

I'm sure that Howie won't join us again. Anyway thanks for the ride and help when needed it was fun and it was a very nice ride forgetting the carnage ... tho ... we'll c how much it costs.

Visa advertisement usually states something like:
    -u can buy a BMW
    -u can buy your gear
-going for an adventure in the Makairo track with your mates is priceless

This case would be something like:
    -u can buy a BMW
    -u can buy your gear
-going for an adventure in the Makairo track with your mates will be blody expensive

But hey it was an adventure after all, wasn't it?

I have a few pics worth looking I'll post 'em later today

    Thumbs up go Pampa

nice pics Pampa - thanks for posting.

It's obvious to me that with the track becoming overgrown - not enough of us a taking up the Makiro Challenge - often enough - I've done it in winter for each of the past 2 years.

    Hey Aslan

You're not wrong there. It seemed to me, to be a lot more overgrown than last time.

Nice one guys. Looks like you had fun.

It's always overgrowen at the end of summer. Winter and spring are the best, though a little more sloppy.

When I had a look the other day, it looked like no one had been through for a while.
