    Damn.
Guess that puts you in F3.
After seeing the SV650s in with a modified NC35 at manfeild in the weekend I'm quite worried.
They absolutley ate the 400 on the straights. and in the corners...

Don't worry about it Malc. If you're going there intent on winning on your first time out, then the crash should be pretty spectacular. Take your time, run your own run. Hillclimbs give you that scope.
If a man is alone in the woods and there isn't a woke Hollywood around to call him racist, is he still white?

I've only ever seen one 400 keep up with an SV in a drag race, and it was Glen Williams SV too, but it can be done. I hate to think of what has to be done, it's very impressive to watch a FZR400 pull away down the back straight of Pukie though.

Present King of the Cliff Hanger is local legend, Drew Mair, although he will have some tough competition in 2008 from the likes of Jay Lawrence, Derek McAdam, Glen Williams and...........a champion Aussie Road Racer, all of whom have expressed interest in competing.

    Never expected to come close!

Just have a better Idea of how fast stock and modified SV650's are.
Add corners and I'd be struggling to keep up with an ol' fulla on a katana.
    Go on.
    You know you want to.

The 400's (450's) - I can confirm will kick arse in a straight line, & have the potential to still win (note Andy Bolwell is the current F3 champ on his green meanie). The SV has its strengths in the drive off corners & the fact that they are a lot newer in design & tend to be more reliable (less worn out) as a result.

Going up Deanno's hill I suspect the SV would be overall a stronger package with its broader range of power delivery. Of course Drew knows all about this now riding his 749R aye.
