Yup, inside the air intake, which doesn't really take much air in lol. They're mounted on a pcb, so they're all one piece. A litlle bit of double sided spongey tape in the middle, then some silicon rubber along the top just to make sure. I hooked them up to the dip beam, with a switch in the middle of it all. Easy as pie.

Cool, ive seen a zxr up close and the 636 is a bit different - i think it sucks alot of air for a start, im concerned about securing the leds

how did you run the wire out of the intake tubes? the 636 ones go straight through not up n over like the zxr

Freakshow? (i think it was him) had some blue leds mounted in the fairing of his old gsx

    cheers

They're more a asthetic thing, the intakes in the front, as in behind the hole there is no tube, so it actually doesn't suck any air in, just lets it through. The real intake is under the seat. Right behind the holes in the front is the headlamp unit. So getting wiring from the leds to the wiring for the main light was easy, really i should take pics and show you all what i mean when i get time.

Yeah I did have the GSX wired with a cheap repco kit.

The 636 wont be much of a problem as the botom lip comes out and a few lil holes in the right place and push them in place and preto...

I think the legal view for neons etc is you can have this sort of thing if the light source is not directly viewable.

I am planning to have some LEDs in the top of the lip and under the bike as soon as they arrive...

I do like the look of the blue at the front.

I was also thinking about orange down the side of the bike connected to the indicators to make it that much more visible???
