Steam dude. I really respect you on here. Honestly! You are enough "out there" to be an inspiration and your comments and threads are always some of the first ones I read. And if you ever come up HB way I would be honoured to sit down and share a JD or two (bottles that is) while exchanging experiences.

But when a chance is gone it is gone. And it will never come back.

Shit, the ONLY things I regret in my life are things I did not do.

Only you know the situation. But I would hate to read a thread from you in a few months with the heading "I was too slow. My heart is bleeding. Now she is with Harry."

Oh and that Bulgarian. Trust me, you do not want to go to Bulgaria and meet her family...

And re regrets: One of my biggest ones is that I never was together with a female who did ride bikes when younger. Don't do that mistake!!!

May the bridges I burn light the way.

An encouraging sign is that she turned to look at me several times, even though she had to face directly away from the lecturer to do so. Hmm... maybe she was looking at someone behind me, maybe she was trying to memorise my ruggedly handsome features.

I will sit beside her next week again, and I will ask about how she got into biking, maybe on a farm? and how she likes her bike.

But there's also this cute Bulgarian exchange student studying maths who I met at the tramping club the other day... gorgeous accent.
Good on ya mate, but don't get greedy, hehehe...

Oh man, I thought this thread would get maybe 4 replies, but 141 replies later it still goes on! I didn't mean it to be so big, I was bored and wanted to post something, anything.

I'll ask the Bulgarian out for a coffee tomorrow at the river-crossing course, and I'll see Kim the biker in class on Monday, and see if she'd like to do the same.

Multiple coffee dates aren't a sin.

No but what one can arrange during said coffee dates is where it's at

I would have thought that it would be uncomfortable having them both at the same table. But hey, you know what you are doing. Perhaps you are more kinky then what I gave you credit for...

You saying one of them is a she-male? :crayz:

Surely there's nothing kinky about two chicks. The average males wet dream...

    Sheesh

Go for the chick with the accent. I regretted not asking the German chick in my English class out, or even just staying in contact. I got along with her really well, I was the only guy that actually conversed with her without dribbling, but I didn't want to get into anything that'd most likely end. But so what, most relationships tend to, doesn't mean you don't give each one a shot. Could've turned out good and I'd be in Germany now.

Though the current lass has eased that pain immensely.

Yeah, Germany has the autobahns, I can understand why you'd be gutted about that... let's get what use we can out of them whilst we still can!

But he has a point, and good to hear you're taking them out on coffee dates Steam... Coffee dates are good for just getting to know people. As for if whoever-it-is (the she mentioned in Chickadee's quote in Coyote's post) potentially meeting someone more interesting between the next class, well that's how it goes, and unless you (or her) are the type to start dating after only seeing each other three times, then you'll just have to realise she was never going to be yours anyway.

But don't just choose the chick with the accent just because she's foreign!

Tsk Coyote. Let the man make his decision.
Who, me? I just wander from thread to thread.

You never know your luck Steam old chum, this Bulgarian chick might be batting for both teams, you know what they say about european girls!
So a double coffe date might be just the ticket! Just watch they dont dig each other too much, and leave you feeling alone, rejected and having to take the matter in hand!!!!!!
Ha ha ha go for it !

She smiled at me as I walked by in my bike jacket, I smiled back, Hi.
I thought to myself "wow, wonder why that nice-looking girl smiled at me like that?"

Then as the lecture ended OH MY GOODNESS she put on her Dri-rider jacket, got out her helmet and PERFECTION! She's a biker too!
So I had to talk to her, and she even rides the same kind of bike as me!

I'll give her a flyer to Off the Rails, and see if she wants to go for a ride some day.
    oooooweeeeeoooooooh!

aww.. lol cute... good luck ^_^
