    And same for me, i ride with my mate and we've been riding together for ages, but other than that i avoid group rides....i would not want to be there to see a fellow biker do that!!!

    Seemed to me that he got slung free of the car (doing cartwheels) - if he hits the road with his legs or arms first coming down like that I suppose he could skid to a stop without dying in the process.
