But, I think there might be a subtle difference though... Lemme check. Did your brother-in-law do P before getting in the NSX? Did he force his friend into the car? I didn't think so.
We all know the risk when we crank that handle or put our foot to the floor. I'm sure most have had a "uh-oh" moment where we realise that we could have been unlucky there and gotten maimed or killed. Some people are unlucky the first time.
If anything he was a lucky bastard for having a NSX - too bad he didn't take better care of it - and himself!
