"Ok kids now what I want you to do is do the splits as best you can - legs out sideways not front/back. Hold that..."

He comes around behind each of us puts hands on shoulders and pushes down very hard and fast until butt meets floor
I remember a ripping, popping kinda sound followed by much pain...and that is why I, at 30, despite not having done any gymnastics in over 15 years, can *still* do the splits.

I can move my ears, together or independantly. Few boring scars but one thats a bit wierd. Had a piece of fencing wire go right through a sesitive spot..! They stitched me up and I now have the evidence of a nice embriodery job, waaay down under. Oh I'm left handed too.
