    Great service - Mt Eden

Just thought I would give Mt Eden Motorcycles a wrap for excellent service. Took the 6R for 6k service last Friday. Thought I would hang around as I was traveling down to Taupo as soon as my bike was ready (after riding from Kerikeri the night before). Also got a shock being reacquainted with Ak rush hour traffic after the nice quiet roads up North.

Chris was only too happy to let me take away a beautiful Moto Guzzi Breva for a few hours so I could have lunch etc... Bloody brilliant if you ask me. It is service like this that keeps customers coming back for more Always enjoy having a yarn with everyone there.

Anyway, the Guzzi was a bit of a change after the ZX, but after I got used to the fact that you didn't need to rev it, and got used to the torque effect of opposed cylinders, I started to enjoy it. So much less likely to speed The bike obviously has a bit of class, but being Italian, it had its character as well (ie the horn didn't work and the indicators were playing up). But all good. Certainly nice to have a bit of torque down low.

Yep they are who i use/ buy my stuff from.

In saying that i do all work myself except tyre changes, and i only trust Bungy with them.

But i buy my oil etc there, top guys.

Never had a problem with them, they have a passion for motorbikes a genuine passion, not just to make a buck, they actually want to know how ya ridings going etc, instead of just being polite, unlike stores like red baron.

nope workshop is down underneath, they emptied it out a few months back for a few days because they re concreted the floor.

Still up and running you go down the drive out back by the G.A.S gas station.

Good to hear some postive comments about a bike shop! Normally the service is shit and it seems to be the consensis up and down the country!
