    Wife gets new dog

    Well, went to the Traction engine show in Christchurch today (post on that to follow tomorrow) and ended up returning with a puppy!
    Wife loves the new pup. He is a jet black Border Collie Huntaway X. He has been named Jet.

    My husband went to that today and had a great time. Thankfully he won't be returning home to Auck with a puppy - well, he better not be!
    Reminds me of the time we went out to buy paving tiles and came home with a rabbit. yeah, we couldn't really figure that one out either, but at least I know i'm not alone in that respect now!

    funny thing is just checked on my wife in bed...she is in heaven....one black dog on one side, and one ginger cat on the other side....lol looks so funny with the ginger eying and sizing up the dog...
