Didnt it start at the Bayfair carpark last year?
My balloon parted company last year too.
Wont be there this year in Whangarei this weekend

They changed it this year hoping to draw crowds and badge sales and stuff from the marathon or something leaving from around the same area.

For you water cooled bikes theres a product called weter/water good for taking out heat you put it in the radiator still have to run anti freeze 1bottle do two bikes about $40

I just went to Repco looking for that stuff on my way home. They had never heard of it. Where do you get it from?
