I don't really want her charged with anything as it was an accident albeit an easily avoidable accident. but she should have at least pulled up so we could exchange details etc. The people that crashed in front of me saw it and im wondering if they would have reported their accident so maybe i could track them down that way?

I would have thought, that, when she took of, she became a "hit & runner" - leaving the scene of an accident without ascertaining if anyone or anything was injured or seriously damaged!
