Some decent tech segments woudl be nice. Doens't usually make high rating TV though - look at the pimp my (dog/car/bike/woman...) type shows. Shallower than Paris Hilton when the tide's out...

There used to be a programme on Triangle TV, in 2005, all about bikes.
Just look at what is being produced with 3CCD cameras nowadays. All of the "fishing" type shows!
The best TV programme made on a small budget and appealing to viewers, that has aired recently, has to be "Backpackers" (C4tv). Funny, entertaining, informative, able to take the piss out of themselves!

A "top tip" (like at the end of Gone Fishing)?

5th Gear? Why compare a bike with a bloody cage ffs??? Honestly.

A great idea Maha. May it come to fruition!

    Also...

    Would the programme review scooters?
They are bikes that are used on the road, after all.

There is a serious market for these and it may encourage a greater viewer base and also encourage progression from scooters onto "bigger" bikes of all types.

Another segment. The . A little bit about "the rules". Just thinking about Bill Hohepa's programme where he has a quick chat with a fisheries officer.

No...no scooter stuff or stunts, this show is for Mature Men and Women (pt) not into wasting time. I have limits. Yes scooters are road bike's (at a pinch) I have nothing against them but there will be no room for them for what I have in mind.
You other idea though?....'Top Tip'....I like.
