    First impressions.....

    OMG ITS AMAZING!!!
I didnt think the 07 could get much better, but Honda have done it yet again.

    The 08 is simply amazing.
The very first time on it and you feel like you have been riding it for years. No shortage in power, handling is perfect and sharp, nice seating position, brakes on a dime. Everything you can expect from a Honda is in one perfect LITTLE (and i mean little!) package. Its a VERY VERY easy bike to ride.
    To say the least anyway.

This thing handles like a 600 with the power of a thou.
    Go buy one now people!

Personally I prefer the two tone black and white paint scheme and it looks wayyy better than the burgundy.

Not exactly sure if they're releasing this colour though because I've only seen the silver/black.

I keep hearing it's the best Honda ever made, if you can get past the looks.

I have admit, Yamahas still make the best looking bikes!

Mark, your mouth and your rear end connected together again?

Bugger the 1000RR, HAVE YOU GOT A DEMO CBR600RR??????
The 2005 fireblade was a total piece of shyte IMO, be interesting to know if they have done anything about it yet or still put all their effort IMO into the supersport bike.

Hmmmm, I'd be farkn dangerous with one of these. A bike that handled like the 600RR but has the power of the 1000RR would be farking awesome. All those poofs that used to get upset that they had been beaten by a 600cc bike when they was on their pride and joy litre bikes, apart from the gixxers dropping around courners and swatting cars that never made it, would not be so upset. Can some one please lend me their spine and I'll find my riding gear and take the new Fireblade for a strop???

I guess you don't know much anout NZ racing. Suzuki in their wisdom have put in funds to support NZ racing where as Honda have not. Thats the simple truth of the matter, but I guess it makes the gixxer flock happy...

Perhaps honda should sack this guy as their chief designer?

Had to go and see the 08 in the flesh this morning. Still not sold on this one! This bike may end up being Hondas equivilant to Holdens VN Commodore. Hmmmmmmmmmmm

Have just seen the black/silver one. Looks good, and a comfy riding position. I like the burgandy/silver too. Hopefully a test ride next week

Just went and drooled on the one at my local dealer, sharp as I reckon and tiny. The only ugly thing is that number plate holder etc, a tail tidy will soon sort that.

Saw two in the flesh at cyclespot today.

They look beautiful. Lightyears ahead of its competition.

    Yes its small.

But, it is simply the most quality finished motorcycle ive ever seen.

    Did I mention its beautiful?

cyclespot have sold 4 already, and theyve only had 1 for a day and a half.
