Can anybody help me? I'm trying to find a photo of the CB400SS frame. Line drawing, photo, parts fiche, whatever. Must be punching the wrong things into Google Images.

That would be cool too -- I'm deeply in love with the 70s CB400Fs with the inline-four and those (THOSE!) headers. However the CB400SS is a modern bike, came out in 2004 or something, still produced. It's a single. I think it's only for Japan, a few seem to escape as grey imports elsewhere in the world.
+1. I'm a fan of the older Hondas too... about the newest one I want is a CBX 6...
Honda NZ are generally terrible at offering new in NZ plenty of cars / bikes we'd quite like to see available... but it's been like that for years. But then, NZ seems to be stuck in "Hondas are gay, ug ug Holden/Ford..." mode, or similar. There's a much better selection and better support elsewhere in the world, especially for Honda motorbikes.
Soapbox house of cards and glass, so don't go tossing your stones around.
You musta been.... high. You musta been...
Would be interesting doing a comparison with the lean burn Enfeilds and SR400s.
This was my pride and joy until not too long ago, was awesome to ride and the sound out of the original exhausts was primo. It sat in the local dealers showroom until I sold it on tardme awhile back and it disappeared to a bloke in the south island...

There is a CB400 il4 available as a current model in Hong Kong and probably Singapore.

That 400 single is fantastic styling from Honda.
Best looking retro Jap bike for years IMHO. (gotta squeeze a LS400 donk into Bumble methinks).
or a DR350![]()
