I guess so. Last time I joined I was given a photocopy of the membership form. This interwebby/emaily thingy wasn't here to do it.

Guess you email membership@vicclub.co.nz with your postal address and say you want to join.

And you will need a day licence for each event i.e. BOD on saturday and then BEARS round 2 on sunday if you are planning on doing it. (worthwhile really if you can stay for the extra day)
And to be able to get a day licence you need a club membership, tho can be any club. We are BEARS members cos we do all their rounds but its also cheap at only $20.
And (I think) if you get a few day licences you used to be able to get a discount on a full race licence, I did when i got mine a couple of years ago (not sure if that still operates tho)

$40 for a day licence......$20 for the BEARs club and $20 for the day Licence. Once you join the Bears club you have your affiliated club membership so your sorted for a year to get your MNZ senior licence. For the Two day Licences at BOB (MCC on Sat)/Bears Rnd2(Bears club Sun) you will only need to join ONE club. So budget $60 for day licences for the two days racing. PM me if you want to join the BEARs club before you come down and I'll see the club Secretary at Rnd 1, or join Motorcycling Canterbury Club on Saturday (probally a bit more to join).

#NOTE#The two meetings are run by two different clubs, you only have to belong to one club affliated to MNZ.

I am more confuzzled than usual! OK, so I have just paid Vic Club a membership fee and sent of an email, I will hopefully hear form them soon.... This will mean I can get a day licence for the BoB, right?!

ALSO.... What I want to know is exactly how much a day's racing is going to cost me. Will is cost me $45 all up (I am paying on the day) OR will it cost me $45 + the cost of the day licence? Sorry I know Im stoopid but this stoopid person wants to know exactly how much this is gonna cost her!

How many things are you going to enter over the next year that will require you to get a day licence Hels? Just a thought, may end up cheaper in the long run to buy a race licence.
If you pre-pay for BOB it's $40, or $45 on the day, plus how ever much the day licence is ($20 I think D said it was).

Are you paying on the day? And as long as the day licence is only $20, then sounds right.

Can we buy gas there? Can Hel's get her Avgas at the track? Where's the nearest pub/bottle store? Have you packed your thermals and whip? When do you want me to come and pick up Sambo? Is Malcolm taking the pitty?
