Porridge, with fruit on top. Have a coffee while your making/heating it.
Will keep your energy levels up, and food gravings down till well into the afternoon. Banana's work wonders also.
V is just a sugar concentrated gut rot. Ween yourself off that crap.

or there is also Miso soup. Some love it some hate it... You can buy it in little packets that are ready to go and all you gotta do is put it in a mug and pour in the hot water... I tried many different brands and they all have different tastes so definitely try around and see what you prefer!




I suggested porridge.



and then a nice italian plunger coffee
