    FOR SALE: Suzuki GSXR600K7

    Hey all...

I have decided to step up to a few more cc's then the 600 so this awesome bike is up for sale. As many would know I haven't had it for long and it isn't for sale due to any fault of it's own. It really is a cool bike and I'm still a little torn on selling it

    Here's the TM link:

All the details for the bike are on there

Seems like only yesterday you were asking what learner bike you should buy. We all said RG150 and you went and bought a GSX250...the sold it for an RG150http://www.kiwibiker.co.nz/forums/sh...ad.php?t=35134

Seriously though - I can't believe you're moving up in engine size so soon. I tried my wife's 750 and found it just too quick for me (I get nervous at 240kph) so I stick to the li'l 600 and it's top speed of 190!

Best of luck with the sale.

Heheh, only felt like last week that you got your precious! And now, you're stepping up again to the next level! Onwards and upwards!

I bounce around the different cc ratings with my bikes! So, got your eye drawn to the enw ride yet?

So you want more CC's and another Suzuki huh?

How about a newly binned SV650, you can use it for a race bike or something.

I dont mind a straight swap for the GSXR600.....

For all them as are sucking their teeth and tut-tutting over going fast, I don't think Jas's desire for a bigger engine will be a speed thing (after all, her 600 is already quite capable of an indicated 270kph). It's more of a 'relaxed riding' thing - not having to rev the tits off the bike everywhere to proceed at a brisk pace.

Modern 600s aren't exactly peaceful to ride.

    Am I correct, Jas?

One presumes you're going for a GSX-R750, not a thou, though? The thous are fun, but as soon as you get into conditions of low traction, the relaxation you gain from not having to rev it can easily be cancelled out by the stress of having to use sub-millimetre precision on the throttle.

750ccs, IMHO, is and has always been the perfect displacement for an IL4 sportbike engine on the road.

kiwibiker is full of love, an disrespect.

Law of averages really. Tell all newbies they'll be riding a gixxer in a couple of years and 9 times out of 10 you'll be correct!

the 750 is the most insane bike ever.

Almost as powerful as the 1000
Almost as light as the 600
