79 CBX1000, Performance Machine brakes, forks, one off swingarm, candy red with black stripe, pair of Kerkers, one off billet wheels. She gets ridden like my beloved wife. The gixer gets ridden like my dirty mistress.

I'm winding you up - did it work??

No worries, I need to sort out a new back brake seal, for some reason the fluid has vanished since I last rode her. Also, need to fix a leaky o-ring on the fuel tap. Old bikes eh.

Make sure you give some notice for this ride. I'm not 17 any more - these days I have to plan in advance.

classic z, good to hear from you
yours is likely to be the biggest monster of all nonetheless

pedro, if you want to start something similar down south and if it takes off in both places, maybe one day we can plan a big inter-city meet in, say, taupo
    now that'd be really cool
