    Interesting learner bike

Spotted this the other day in Geneva. Not sure of the laws up there but I guess the plate is a learners one.

If you love it, let it go. If it comes back to you, you've just high-sided!

yeah thats honda trying to compete with hyosung. They get a full-size fully-faired bike and put a 250 in it. This will have hyosung on its knees, you watch.

you can get plates put in the carbs/inlets in some bikes to bring the hp down

i know common in the UK, you could get the set ups for busas to bring them down to the 33hp limit or something.

The HP maximum in Switzerland is 75 or 100, one of those two. They will be changing to the EU guidelines soon.

The reasoning behind this is so that ppl dont have to buy "learner" bikes ... a friend of mine from the UK came into some money, went out and bought a CBR-600 and got it set to 30hp so he could "learn" to ride on it with his L plates and what not ... saved him buying a bike that he wasnt going to keep when he got his full ... problem was he shifted to NZ and didnt get to ride it with the "limiters" out of it
