(Before you mock me by calling DOC to my stranding - that's my kerb weight - all geared up and ready to roll, not my 'dry weight' )
you can borrow my bike but that probably won't help much now will it?!

right, so while i may have new front wheel bearings i now have front brakes that for some reason are rock-solid, extra sensitive, and refuse to release the rotor

not complaining about my "digital" brakes for the coro loop, but in all this wet weather it's a bit worrying.... and i can't afford pads AND tyres for my next wof

Maybe it's time to down grade your taste of beers from Coronas to Double Browns. Even better, give up beer for a few weeks and you should have enough cash for pad and tires.

yeah right! (and it was 2 months before i found those new fairings)

even when i was "off" riding i was still fanging the dirtbike/pocket rocket and those few rides on the fxr

hehe, even the day i crashed i simply rode home, started the fixxer up and went straight back out to scenic drive

    double brown?!

the fridge currently has a box of flame in it

guess i'll just have to wear the pads back and see if she comes right cause i cbf rebuilding the brakes top and bottom and i think i've actually gotten all the bubbles out anyway so bleeding won't do too much unless there's a bit of crap blocking the return valve/passageway somehow, and then i would have to do it "backwards" forcing it up/out the line/valve rather than drawing it through.....

I've earned about $500 in airpoints in 5 months which means I can go into the Koru longe now and I get priority baggage!! It also means I can use those points towards a personal flight at some stage... Fiji, Samoa??

Air hosts are nothing special on AIR NZ and half are male anyway.

With an average work-related spend of $500 p/w on my credit card, I'm also getting some good reward points there too!! That will almost add to an international flight too by the end of the year.

So this ride is 5 days away so a show of hands how many people will be coming for the coro trip? I hope you all better be keeping your bikes in tip top condition for the ride.

So depending on the numbers then we will decide if there's gonna be 1 or 2 groups and the possible route/s. Some of us have new bikes VFR, VTR, CB and my hybrid single seater so I'll most likely be taking it easy for the ride.

Its gonna be a full on trip so be prepared for sore legs, hands or nuts unless you are a girl. We are gonna have alot of fun riding the twisties...so if your bike needs brake pads etc get it done and wear thermals to get yourself warm. Woohooo excited.

P.S cannot pillion you Nish only got one seat so you better bring your Hornet and stop been a 'pussy'...I think you need to face your fear and ride the coro-loop again.
Don't just live to ride but ride to live.

I think two groups is a good idea. In fact, I may ride solo and meet you guys at the lunch stop (I can't face anymore stares or head shaking from Squiggles).

Nish... I thought you were my Coro Loop bitch?!
