    Great turn out tonight!

Glen is an absolute professional. His talk tonight about suspension was really interesting, and you can just tell that he knows his stuff inside out. It was easy to see the improvement in Mikel's bike after he'd had a twiddle with it. .

He covered/explained about springs, dampening, preload and rebound, trial (plus diagram), steering bearings wearing out, fork oil and how temperature affects it, carrying passengers, suspension on the track, a bit about tyres and rubber, and a whole lot more but that's the limit of my very non-mechanical contribution/memory.

    Thank you Glen
Oh and you forgot to mention , its easier to get up when is warm and its harder when its cold .......
wasnt that what you were laughing about , lmao

Glad I came along tonight guys! Was good to put more names to faces. Thanks to Wayne for lending me his knowledge, am looking forward to doing my brakes next week. Great to learn a little more about bike maintenance, and have a bit of a social time.

I think I understand what you have written?
I maybe there to get someone to help measure my bike so I can set up my suspension as well.
Feel the fear and do it anyway

If I make it Dave, I'll help put some life into your bike as long as I don't have to give it mouth to mouth.
