It was an honour to part of Scotts farewell yesterday. He was a great man and it was proven by the amount of people that showed.

It was great to catch up you all again, even though the circumstances weren't the best. Dan and I will be returning the not to distant future.

Roberty, looking good on the SV mate.....Time to swtich sides I reckon

Shame I could'nt get away earlier and bring my bike. Other committments forced that.
Seemed to be the only HB KB there without a bike. Nevermind.
Was gonna say next time.........but let's hope there wont be.

Good to see you make the effort Sticky.
But don't think Rob would like you saying things about him/Suzuki/good/look.......

Canarlee/Lee asked me to send his condolences to Carissa/Lani and us all. He never knew about Scott, and has fallen way out of the loop and online things etc.

Fallen way out? I think you'll find he stepped out, or jumped out. It's not our fault he tossed his toys out the cot and fucked off.

    Umm...who said anything about fault?
I really dont give a fuck or am interested in whatever happened between him and whoever, nothing to do with me.

I txt him to see if he'd heard about Scott's accident.
He asked me to pass on his condolences.........I have.

And thats all that should be said I reckon.........

You said he has fallen way out...to me that is implying that it's our fault he's lost all contact due to us pushing him away. And that's not what happened at all, just stating that.

In an ideal world, he'd be doing it himself. Thanks for passing it on tho.
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

Too me he has fallen out, as in, the scene of ours, he never comes on anything now or anyone sees him. Simple. not implying anything, nor taking sides, nor interested.
Gave him the txt out of courtesy.
I never said anything about him being pushed away, nor do I know the circumstances of his reasons.
Last time I saw him about 3 months ago he said nothing about any of us untoward and gave me the impression he was moving on.
I got the feeling there was more to it, but did'nt venture there.

Yep. Was strange tho...he distanced himself from us, and gradually the rest of the HB KBers too. Have had several calls from people looking for him, since ours was the contact number for things like power bill and such. I have to tell these people that I can't help. Is he even still in HB?

He asked if I could store his bikes for him when he moved into that motel down Kennedy Rd, prob about 3-4 months ago, dunno, maybe longer...as he had no shed.
Its the motel on the left heading to Napier, they let out the units as flats now.
He had started a job at Goodtime pies I think, doing normal day hours.
He turned up those months ago to get his bikes with a couple of guys who he was riding with, dont know them. But they had all been to Mike Cudbys on the piss, before coming to get the bikes, so they could be known to him.
Have'nt seen or heard from Lee since.

I am speechless. Hard for me to come to this state but I think there was a misunderstanding here today. I am sure if we all read Tony’s first post 4457 you will realise he was only saying that Lee has moved on in life and K/B is not part of what he is doing at the moment. I am sure no intent to offend or other wise was intended.

Maybe some of us are under a bit of stress with things that have happened. Lets think about what is said before replying and I am sure we will realise no harm is meant. We need to stick together to maintain a strong community.

Cheers everyone and thanks for all the support from K/B yesterday on what was a hard and meaningful day for us all.

Hear what you are saying Steve. It was nice to get that message via Tony. If Lee has 'moved on' that's fine, but he did start his 'moving away' with an unpleasant inference, which was never resolved.
Zac is a bit tender at the mo, and he had a further serve of bad news today (re his Belgium family who can no longer have him), so I can understand where he was coming from.
