Apparently I got a mention in a Bike Rider mag a while ago for winning the 250cc and under class at the Carterton sprints, on my minimoto

And Tearaway have a column on minimoto's. When they called upon Wellington riders, I answered. Been in the last 2 issues. Possibly in the next few.

The minimoto has been a great investment

My photo Made the front page of the Newspaper for being injured in a mysterious fire at Cadburys Factory. And quoted . Fireman martybabe said " as soon as we entered the building, we felt a strange tingling on our exposed body parts"

I got a lot of fan mail for a while but I got fed up writing it in the end.
    Oh bugger

Won a makeover on a morning tv show about 5 years ago....worst haircut ever! The hairdresser I went to to get it fixed asked if I had done it myself and in my sleep!!! Did get lots of free stuff though - that was cool and nana was really happy to see me on the tele before she died

Believe it or not, but I posed as one of the sons of Noah for an illustrated Bible published in England in 1992. Unfortunately my set of photos has not survived the divorce and I never bothered to write down the name of the publisher. So no proof (unless one of you folks can think of a publisher that printed an illustrated Bible in England in 1992).
"People are stupid ... almost anyone will believe almost anything. Because people are stupid, they will believe a lie because they want to believe it's true, or because they are afraid it might be true. People's heads are full of knowledge, facts, and beliefs, and most of it is false, yet they think it all true ... they can only rarely tell the difference between a lie and the truth, and yet they are confident they can, and so all are easier to fool." -- Wizard's First Rule

A girlfriend once asked " Why is it you seem to prefer to race, than spend time with me ?"
The answer was simple ! "I'll prolly get bored with racing too, once i've nailed it !"

Front page of Sunday Star Times - years ago...

On fire, emerging from LARGE fireball, working as a stuntman during a Civil Defense competition in Papakura.

Still have the paper, and a glossy photo sent to me by the photographer somewhere...

Been on TV twice....first time I knew about because I was asked, the second time I didn't, I was told by my sister who was watching the programme at the time. It was a Street Security programme filmed in Auckland (City Beat) we got involved with some random drunk in Queen st. The first time was Mitre 10 Changing rooms with Lisa Manning, she asked me if I would do a bit on Vinyl installation.
