Hmm prep for me, I lost 11kg (but have put 3 back on, hard to keep up exercise when you have a 10 week old baby). Going for 7km runs and going to take those power shots stuff on that race instead of V and redbull type shit.

Yeah I'm a bit nervous now as its tomorrow and its been so dam wet. I think that it did this last year too, but its forecast for heavy rain tommorrow. I have faith in my new MH# rear tyre to get me through..... I think that we will be glad to have Aaron huge tent. Doesn't look like a huge turn out like last year. There is 8 pages of entries, so not too bad, About 26 in my class (last year there was 29). I've got some Carbo shot stuff and I need to get some other quick to eat food. Any sugestions? I think I'll get some Creamed rice as that is good!

    Aims/Goals this year

Do at least 3 laps!! try for 4!!
    Not to come last.....

The only reason I only ride in the Iron man Class is I have no friends left to enter the two man events,
    my own fault really.
