hehe, there u have it dushi. bike's near paid off now. 600 more to go!! slowing that down by a week, as i've already said.

haha, dunno if your "immediate reaction" was predictable becoz it was a honda, or becoz it really if (really really ridiculously good-looking). but yea, wonder how good the ducati monster's fairin would suit it - and if possible, if it sizes up correctly (which im guessign it does - otherwise, why'd he direct me to it??). but for that... we shall see!

hey yui, best be behaving yourself in japan! kim tipped me on the website, so.. as your revenge for him not telling u about it, i think u ought to bring the japanese girl back and pass her on to me!! (muhuhuhahaha!!)

I don't know about that - going by SMC club members past records (including myself), in a few months time we'll be reading: "My first bin"...

Just kidding mate (sort of ). Take care out there when you do finally get your wheels.

Still no bike man? I showed my "carpark plan" to Motorbicyclist, he seems ok with it.
    It will happen soon...

dammit kim! u've gotta give me the full details before letting me get excited like that! (good thing i have another contact in japan. and she's a girl, so it's even better!!- but she's like 32, so that's a bit of a bummer )

hehe, i'm aiming for andrew's record 1 bin, (and a very interesting one it was too!! ). i'm not dropping it! (no matter what, i'm gonna say it was my sister. if u see her driving record, u'd believe me - but seriously question why i let her ride it in the first place...point is, i won't admit to it! muhuhuhahah)

hey ej, be nice. as of this moment, i've only got 600 left to pay on her. been looking around. asb decided they want to give me a quote (can't help but tell the pretty counter girl (sounded argentinean) that i'm getting a bike). so waiting for them to get back to me.

    so far:
hondasure = $332/year (incl HRC membership), and insurance up to $5000 coverage. (that's apparently a rough estimate, and am contacting a person called robyn to confirm it)

    protega = $550/yr (up to $4000 coverage)
kiwibike = $580/yr (covers $5000) <--- obviously i'd opt for this of teh 2 options.

and waiting on the others still.

but from the honda sure one, i'm thinking what'll beat that!??!
    $530/yr (covers $4000)

hehe...well you all know my Japanese lady....she is none other than my CBR Fireblade. She is so hot, sexy and she came from Japan. Good enough for me. More details?

I spent alot of quality time with her especially at the coro-loop yesterday. She was fiesty all the way making me work really hard to keep her on the road

What is the $332 quote? sounds cheap but its only a rough estimate eh? The $500 level is pretty good and you get to pay it monthly if you want.

yea, that's what i found on the website of "honda riders club" under their insurance provision "hondasure". if it's legit, i'm thinking of taking it up (once i've been through all the specifics, of course). they said its done through vero

haha. no more details pls - def none about how u enjoy riding her, all around town, out in the public. rain or shine, day or night.....(hehe, becoz we don't wanna hear the details)

on my learners i remember dropping it atleast 3 times, two of which where when my shoelaces caught on my brake/gear levers while stopped outside my gate, the other was on a roundabout when it slipped from under me turning right (wet, dark, diesel?, little bit too fast?)

and that's officially now two bins - we're still trying to figure out exactly wtf happened so thread to come once insurance sorted, but yet again riding safely proves more dangerous
