Big thanks to everybody out there today, the Weather and track conditions were less than ideal but we all worked together and managed to pull off a good Result. Cheers Guys

Looking forward to the next round, Hopefully the next ones a bit drier, but hey it's manfeild and ya get what your given there.

Suprisingly i didnt do any damage to the stitches/sliced hand which is great, got a slight rubbing rash on my right elbow from hitting the ground (smaller than a ten cent piece) and my bum might have a bruise in the morning. But other than that i didn't do myself any damage.

Helmet came out ok, it didn't hit the ground, scuffing down the fronts of both lower legs on the leathers with one small hole, suprising as i did alot of sliding on my knees and had expected more damage, a scuff to the bum of the leathers and i'd have to say that im much more impressed with the stitching quality and ability of the seams to stay together. Much better than the Spool gear i last came off in and tore the butt completely open on. Few scuffs up the jacket and over one shoulder.

All in all a good day

See you all at Round 4

Two Piece AGVSPORT leathers (my usual Blue/black/silver ones with my name on the back), can't race in Cordura or that sort of gear, its just not allowed.

Was wearing my PREXPORT boots as well, bloody awesome, given the grazing they've got i'm surprised i don't have sore ankles

Finally got some battle scars on the gears

Well done Paddy and the the three stoogies that bike has a lot of support, its a shame you went so hard at the start but I suppose your only a young fella and we cant hold you back, we might have to get you some wet tyres and fit em on your spare wheels just in case eh! maybe some new sprockets for that nice new chain eh! Well done Mate you stay up right and you will be picking up the trophy.
I had a fantasic ride down apart from one little hickup with the Plod but I like riding in the rain its exciting, had a better ride back thanks to Warrick for shaparoning me back and getting me home safe, protecting me from the men in Blue, Thanks for the food Yum Yum your a good set of Blokes

A good read. Young Paddy is made of stern stuff - must be the rugged life of a farmer's son eh - falling heavily and getting it going again was impressive! Stand aside Mick....
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

Thanks for the write up Steve. good to get home and catch up with the goss. Well done Patrick, Great effort.

    What i want to know.
Is it worth it having wets?
Or is it better to be conservitive on a track that is soaked?
    How much for wets?
How long would it take to get wets delivered?
Tis a Yamahahahaha G. Just thrash it like you stole it. Gixxer 4 ever
It really did look very unloved. Specially as it was next to the R1 that the whole crowd wanted to look at. Gixxer 4 ever

I think that having wets will definatly be a good idea, after all they are always re-salable if we don't use them. after following Zane who was running wets and seeing just how straight and in line his bike was keeping in comparison to me struggling to get any grip on my rear i'm thinking that wets are the go, maybe they won't be the key to winning, but if it makes riding in the wet safer and give better odds of staying upright and finishing instead of a DNF then i'd rather run on them.

Current top 3 Riders points are:

    Patrick 139
    Zane 114
    Malcome 103
    Ben 76

    Points awarded:
    1st 25
    2nd 22
    3rd 20
    4th 18

So ideally i'd like to stay upright and keep finishing instead of DNF-ing

    Just how i see things

    WHATS THE NEW RIDE ROB???
