The old buells looked brutal and stripped out - this looks rice. I have seen similar kits on civics.

So he has a bike that competes in the market sector with the speed triple, raptor, brutale, B-king, Z1000, E6 etc etc. It's as 'weirdo' looking as any of them.
There are also quite a lot of people who like the look of it, just like a Speed Triple. And like a speed triple if some folks react 'in horror' the way they are - all the better.
