Quite simply because ridiculing someone for being slower than someone else is asking for an accident to happen. Whether that accident happens on the track or on the public road is irrelevant!
Slow and fast has nothing to do with the speed limits... nor the absence of such.
It is preferential to refrain from the utilisation of grandiose verbiage in the circumstance that your intellectualisation can be expressed using comparatively simplistic lexicological entities. (...such as the word fuck.)
