Before you judge a man, walk a mile in his shoes. After that, who cares? ...He's a mile away and you've got his shoes
LOL - yeah... and please - post it in this dead thread to keep us who care in the loop!!!!

DuuuuuCaaaaaaTiiiiiiiiiiii
I used to nod, but I got sick of reading all the wah wah no one waves to me threads. So now I just ignore yahs. It's much more fun...lol
The world will look up and shout "Save Us!", and I'll whisper "no"
There was this one time, I was learning waving at band camp ...
"I like to ride anyplace, anywhere, any time, any way!"![]()
refuse to wave at mopeds and the bigger lookalikes.

Life would be so much easier if you addressed questions with a simple answer.
This thread is like herpes; it gets started innocently enough and comes back to haunt you much later when having fun...![]()
Ride, eat, sleep, repeat!
in my experience, as a learner you dont get acknowledged by many at all. i find a lot of the old school bikers will 9 times out of 10 nod my ways if im on my gn250 but no-one else seems to acknowledge me at all except for the scooter patrol when im on the rally travelling through town or where ever i may be.
i think its kinda harshbut at the end of the day i ride because i love it not because i want to be acknoweledged for it. im not fussed what other people think as long as im enjoying the ride

Don't take life too seriously; no one gets out alive.
You have been warned. 'Cheesecutters' are coming to a road near you soon! http://www.cheesecutter.co.nz/
No one in Aussie seems to do it either yet very friendly when you pull up at a cafe and riders are there.
Veerrry interesting - I am the recipient of few waves, particularly from sports bike riders. But this morning I was getting waves and nods from every bike that went past! So what did I do differently? - I wasn't on my usual dirt type bike, but on a road bike....not what you would call a sports bike, but it has lowish bars and a small sports/bikini fairing.I still don't know why sports bikes don't wave at me on a dirt bike (and of course they all insist they wave at all bikes),but this is a sure confirmation to me.
In and out of jobs, running free
Waging war with society
I wave on open road mainly.
Harley riders I don't wanna see them fall off from letting go of the ape hangers to wave
Winding up drongos, foil hat wearers and over sensitive KBers for over 14,000 posts...........![]()
" Life is not a rehearsal, it's as happy or miserable as you want to make it"
normally pick a Harley rider from a sports rider a mile off, even in the dark, headlights give it away, but find HD riders will NOT acknowledge Jappas.Iv'e been on bikes for 20 years plus but it still hasn't changed.I'd bet alot of them Harley riders and dreaded Jappa pilots would be awesome to have a beer with. After all, were both on 2 wheels aye!
hehehe - you should've seen the looks on some faces when the ex and I would wave to Harley Riders. Their hand would go up, their faces all expectant and happy, and once the got past the Electroglide screen and big spotlights they'd realise they'd waved at a GOLDWING rider!!! Nooooooo!!!!!
Twas fabulous!
