That's disappointing. They're no less entitled that anyone else... which says more about what I think of treaty claims than their treaty claim.

Yeah, exactly. I want it to go ahead, in full public glare, and ideally with them winning some settlement in the $1-5M range i.e. just enough so people shit their pants but without actually making any difference to the tax payer. It's exactly what the treaty industry needs - a problem.
