Man there's a lot of cops on the Akld motorway!

Unfortunately this comes a bit late for the guy on the black ZX10/ ZX6 that pulled an absolutely mint wheelie past my taxi this arvo as a cop car pulled onto the motorway behind him. Man those bikes can move!

Then on my way back to the airport two other bikes in different locations had been pulled over! I could not believe the police presence on the Auckland motorway today, there was one just round every corner. Ive never see as many cops on Wellys motorway as I did in Auckland today! Damn!

Meow, ya big bunch of pussies.

    Build a bridge.

I don't know how you would cope with Sydney, Los Angeles, London, or any other really big city.

Auckland aint that big a city really. The motorway system is tiny compared to real cities overseas.

I used to laugh at the locals bitching about "rush hour" traffic when I was living in Whangarei. What was EVEN funnier were the people living in Tutukaka etc. out on the coast who would never move into "town" because the traffic was too bad. Pffffffftttttttttttttttt.

Oh yeah, nearly forgot. There was a huge presence on the motorway system on Tuesday for some reason as well. Saw 5 HP cars Westbound on the NW motorway between Te Atatu and Spaghetti Junction, all with a vehicle pulled over. Then another 4 between Spaghetti and the Penrose turn-off. All between 2-2.30 in the p.m.

How dare they be out there doing their jobs.

It's better to not pass and know that you could have than to pass and find out that you can't. Wait for the straight.

None taken. I just find it funny is all.

Big Dave has it sussed in one sentence. Damn I hate it when Aussies have something sensible to say.

Quote me as saying I was mis-quoted.

It is interesting that an out of towner would note the 'presence'.

I've been spanking on about the frustration I get from riding around on high powered sports bikes - based on Auckland and environs conditions.

When I first started riding it, Hwy 16 was 1**kph open slather. 3 years of it. Currently that is licence suicide.

Werewolf says the situation around Nelson hasn't changed.

But it's a bit hard to write around it.

Saw a bike parked up halfway down the 270 offramp off esmonde road. Cop behind the bike with the "go around" lights on top.

No biker to be seen though.
