    CRG mirrors/pazzo shorties

I wanna buy some CRG bar-end mirrors (fold in jobs) and Pazzo levers. Can buy this stuff online but it'd be good to buy from from a NZ outfit as long as the price was right. Opportunity to plug business below...

I know of a couple of places who can get the Pazzos but they wanna cream it at the same time. As for the mirrors - you wanna see what kind of visibility you can expect eh?

    Any info appreciated

I'd be keen for one of these for my XB, just wondering do you need two? or just one? and BTW how many mirrors are required by law?

Just the one. If you don't want to pay insane prices for the CRGs, they have knock-offs on eBay for about $US20 or so. I'm going to get one as soon as I can find one which you can fold in for lane-splitting; the old-fashioned Stadium-style bar-end mirror I have now I can flip down for more clearance.

Nothing on their website about mirrors or pazzos (previous posts indicated they had both) and no replies to my email.

i have just got one, and its the smaller blindspot mirror which is 50mm diameter, its convex (or concave, cant remember which) so you can see shitloads, i did buy 2, but found one is sufficient enough (and looks better), the only thing that takes getting use to is the fact that "objects may appear further away" than they are.

heres a photo of it fitted

I have a pair of WFO bar-end mirrors on the Zed and I can see vastly more in them than the stock mirrors. The stock mirrors should have a label that says "Objects may be fewer than they appear".

You only need one for a warrant.

I have no problem with the standard mirrors on the VFR, but the RH one on the car is dangerous. Usually I remember that even though I have seemingly huge view down the side of the car, and of the road to the right rear, there's an impressive visual vortex immediately behind and to the right of the car, into which cars get sucked and disappear. Twice this week I've forgottne, and nearly side-swiped a car while moving to the right. And of course, they don't go, "Oh - that car's got it's blinker on; I'd better watch out!", so the first you know there's a car there is when it rematerialises in the rear vision mirror as you complete your manoeuvre...
Damn, I wish I was back on the bike.
The vifferbabe was all set to let me take her to work by bike when #2Son appears, half-dressed, just as we were about to leave, and asks if he can cadge a ride too. Fuck it - I'm no longer a biker, I'm a taxi driver. Be OK if I could collect the extra income for it...
    ... and that's what I think.

    Or summat.

    Or maybe not...

    Dunno really....

Bar end mirrors are awsome and as above only one needed for a Wof.
