Originally people were saying that the process for sorting Mentors was a popularity contest and that's it. They didn't know the actual and all they could see was lots of people saying oh yeah xxx would be great. So we closed the nomination threads and said all feedback should be submitted by pm only.
The positive feedback (of which there was loads) is always good to see but that wasn't what we were looking for. The negative feedback was the important part. If someone got consistantly negative feedback (particularly if it's all about the same things) then chances are they wouldn't get through to be a Mentor. Approximately 1/3 of those nominated got some negative feedback. However, it was only 1 or 2 bits of feedback about different areas. Nobody got any negative feedback about the same thing from different sources.

Um I missed all the ho ha and electing/chat about it all so Im catching up now, I am behind the idea and wont put my name up there but should anyone ask for help Ill do so, but it wont be a KB thing and they must like gingenuts too.
Ta for the update, now the chch guys are great people not shit heads like me, so they wont get any neg feed back so they rate in your system, but it dosnt mean they are great riders or capible of tutering (not saying they arnt)
