Hi all
Can anyone please tell me how much of a mission it is to install a master cylinder ‘rebuild kit’.
Also does it require any special tools?
Cheers

...
what type of bike your RR?
The ones I've done have been pretty easy. Only special tools I needed was a pair of circlip pliers. I also had to take a file to my circlip pliers to customise them a little to make them fit.
I haven't tried any radial master cylinders but I can't see they could be much harder if at all.
Life is difficult because it is non-linear.
Have you looked up the price for a new one? Good radials are pretty affordable these days, but may still be a lot more than the rebuild kit.
BREMBO "GP" Forged Radial Brake M/C: 19x18
USD $260
Sorry, my bad:
Appendix_C_Production_Superbike_Regulations.pdf
8-6 BRAKES. Front discs can be made floating, using original rotors.
Front and rear hydraulic brake lines may be changed. Front master cylinder may be replaced
by another OEM part provided it has the same piston diameter as the homologated machine.
Brake pads, brake pad locking pins.
You'll also need a honing tool for the master cylinder bore, but yeah it's pretty straight-forward
