bottom end is almost together just gotta put clutchside covers on cylinder should be back on monday. so Ill hopefully get the topend together during the week then just gotta pu tit in the frame top fill up with water and oil put some new gass in and pray I havent forgotten anything
supose I should clean the powervalves while there out to

I am gonna have one more hunt for the spacers for the powervalve gears that I lost then if i cant find them Ill have to order some more. I'll probibly find them as soon as ive put the bike together

I wonder if any other bikes come with a bottle opener in the tool kit?

Don't know if yours is the same as my 03 but did you read about setting the X & Y dimensions out of the engine manual so you get the correct compression and the power valve is set correctly? The x requires different base gaskets to get the compression correct? Don't want to see you make a mistake after all this effort.
I down loaded mine off the net.
On a Motorcycle you're penetrating distance, right along with the machine!! In a car you're just a spectator, the windshields like a TV!!

the z dimension is the one I need to think about not sure what to measure it with will be easyer with the cylinder infront of me

Sorted? I believe he's made some changes. Won't be drastic changes though. Doubt I'll spend too much time down those ways now we're up in auckland. Use to be our local but now its a bit more of a drive.

    Whats Whatawhata? MX or trail?

Im keen on hitting Kimmys MX track now that its extended and in theory should be nicely groomed, given that Kimmy never maintains the mx track, im making the most of it before it gets torn to shreds!
