I never thought of this. And it might actually get some of you guys (and gals) hooked as well. To be honest I didn't think there was going to be that many of us down there. I knew Kane was gonna be there but not Paddy.
The road I took down was quite good as well (Old Taupo Road) apart from the Tokoroa - Taupo leg (SH 1). I've always loved that road. Couldn't go the Mangakino way due to it being closed in a section.
I'm actually looking at doing another one in January in Taupo when a mate comes back from overseas, if anyone else is keen to join us. It'll just be a normal track day (no classroom time like the one we just did).
FRIGGIN WICKED MANI normally don't get exited about add-ons for bikes but it's amazing how much cleaner it looks (didn't even need to look at the old photos). The front ones look nice and subtle and the rear looks a lot more like a race bike
Dig it how it changes colour. Maybe I'll look at something like that for my next bike.
And for those of you that want to know what Koz' number plate is, it's
48...
LOL (If you're gonna blank out your plates you have to do it to all of them)
Why do people do this anyway?
