I enjoyed Duvauchelles, but it's bit of a cold old place once you get there. Probably nicer later in the year.

Mr Wet's route of going up dyers around summit rd to evans and back round through lyttelton to the wheatsheaf, then home over gebbies sounds good to me. Probably should be known as the "Wet Route"

If I can make it, I vote for the "Wet Route" as well not a bad little trip that one.

Nice to see you pledging support 'Mr Horn It'. Maybe this week I might actually go on the ride I suggested!

We'll have to see about the 'Wet Route' it could be a little slippery! Sorry, pathetic I know.
    Sounds good.

Be careful on the Summit. It's not entirely grit free yet. Had a couple of rearwheel slides when I went through there on saturday. (Especially on the 25 km/h corner - grit at the apex when going towards Dyer's from Evan's)

Seems like the Wet route is pretty much set tomorrow night. Anybody keen for heading North next week?
Haven't been that way before and just curious. Weather dependant and all of course.
And woohoo my bike is being sorted out as I type.

Im out Kaiapoi way so North works for me. The only down side is it takes a while to get to the good roads...awful lot of straights North of CHCH.
