If you are talking about the big guy in the alpinestar leathers on the Black (with a little red ) RSV then that was me. It was my first outing on a track ever after a very serious off 2yrs ago. I was told to go in the group 2. Thanks for your concern and offers of support/assistance.PHP Code:
There was a guy on a red Aprilia RSV that seemed like he was pushing himself a bit much in the first couple of sessions at least. Twitching in the corners etc. If that's you, take it easier next time, work on riding smoother. Maybe step down a group.]
On a not sarcastic note, Choppa thanks a lot man. I learned a lot, thanks for the encouragement and advice. I improved a lot over the course of the day, thanks also to Alex, Morrie, Dmnted and the other people who helped out. Awesome. tHANKS.
I don't think it was you. The bike had high twin pipes and a red tail, I think the guy was wearing two piece Shift cordura gear.
I was a little concerned the guy was pushing himself too hard, but I didn't think he'd appreciate some stranger coming up to him and saying he looks like he's pushing himself too hard and should slow down a bit, take it easier.
Not me then, can only afford 1 pipe haha, Yeah my kids got a buzz out of their old man cruising around a real race track haha
I think on the contrary !
Know i would appreciate any constructive criticism !
In fact a nice gentleman gave me some good advice on friday !
If i remember rightly some of the sentence included words like fat, lazy, arse, off, seat ! To mention but a few !
Funnily enough after that piece of advice, the wallow i was feeling in the bike and trying to adjust out of the suspention all morning went away !
A girlfriend once asked " Why is it you seem to prefer to race, than spend time with me ?"
The answer was simple ! "I'll prolly get bored with racing too, once i've nailed it !"
Bowls can wait !
