But then he'd have to pay for it bla bla....Not really much point coz hed still have to wait for a ridiculous amount of time. Now we're all just getting pissed off.

I told him to keep hassling the doctors so they do it just to get rid of him :P

Hmmm would harassing ACC case manager with going private do it??

Aye, its a good little tavern judging by the one time I was there. Would like to be there on weds only its flat shopping night (read, 3 guys running around pack n save making racing car noises and using the trollys as a scooter)
For mine is the suffering, and the power, and the glory, two wheels for ever and ever, amen.

Wow things have changed since I've last been in hospital for anything. The only thing that delayed my op was me having a glass of lemonade straight after my fall. Delayed me for 6 hours while it settled then I was straight out the next day.

I don't even think Brooke waited that long for her ankle (6 pins, 2 plates). She only got bumped because an inconsiderate pregnant women needed a c-sec. That was in Rotovegas though.

This may sound a bit drastic, but I would recommend contacting the Waikato Times and telling them. Give them this angle, are the doctors punishing him for being a biker, is there that much of a serious money shortage and how much money is this costing tax payers by not getting him in and out sooner. Yes, it's a little bit more complicated then an in and out but not that much more and it'll be costing about $400/day to keep him in, not too mention ACC wage loss compensation.

The only reason I suggest this, is more people should know what's happening and if no one says anything, nothing gets done (new government you know ). Just my view. You're not bitching, you just want answers that reporters have a knack of uncovering They may not even care though. Worth a try. Most probably won't get the op done quicker but he'll be set for next time

BTW Once he's out, he'll most probably be dropped to the bottom of the list. You need to cause ruckess every day and really start getting on their case.
